I assume it was running good when you put it away? Ask yourself what could happen in the interim to make it run bad? I'd check the air cleaner for mice. Then pull the fuel filter and check for condesation/whatever (dump the tank side contents onto a clean paper plate). I'd wonder if maybe the fuel pump rubber bits went south, and speaking of rubber, check all vacuum lines. Check all spark plug wire /distributor connections, take two aspirins, and call me in the morning.
