OK so this is lame...BUT: YOu've gotta take the clutch out to get to the seal. REplacing the seal itself is not annoying at all (but making one of those PVC-pipe presses is a good idea). Getting to it sucks, and you may as well, unfortunately, replace the clutch and all those tid-bits at the same time. Sounds like you've got the other two covered, I think HG is OK.
How bad is it? embarassing Exxon valdez-style on a rainy day in the parking lot? Run out of oil style? Occasional drip drip style?
Oil is cheap...As my father used to say, it takes a lot of oil to equal the cost of the repair job. horrible!, but it still makes me laugh.
