I'd go to a custom shop for the exhaust work...they can mandrel bend you a 10 foot one-piece exhaust that'll be just spiffy...3 inch or 2.5.
THe twin tips are fun, and easy for a custom shop. you can get a nice muffler too, and it won't sound ricy if its done right.
1998 CSE rims, eh? you and about 100 others are looking for them. I got mine after trolling the cr-list on my area EVERY day for 2 years. I am just now finishing up the RE-finishing of these puppies (Super cleaned them for ~1 month with acetone, toluene, a scrubber, then simple green and water, and then some more acetone (They'd never been cleaned) then ground and filled the curb rash, sanded them down with 400 grit, and am just finishing the 2nd/3rd coat of silver paint, and oh do they look F'in great. clear coating is going to make me faint, I am sure of it, they'll look so good.
