If you are talking about the black plastic things that are screwed to the back of the actual headlight that have the little white inserts, they are called headlight clamp sleeves and are still available from the usual site sponsors. Old ones crack if you look at them wrong. The new ones are pretty stable.
If you mean the housings on the headlight adjustment screws that snap into the bucket, well, you're on your own. Most people just repair them with a gob or two from a hot melt glue gun. I've done everything from that technique to using a few well-placed screws. My best repair was by drilling through the housing perpendicular to the adjustment screw and putting a set screw in. That way the adjustment screw still works buy loosening the set screw, making the adjustment, and tightening the set screw back down.
