This is one of the easier jobs to do on a C900 turbo.
As others said, removing the hood makes it a REALLY easy job.
First thing to do is drain the coolant. Use the drain plug on the radiator. If you can get at it from below, loosen the lower radiator hose as well.
Remove the hood by opening it, then take a 12mm wrench, and remove the two bolts from the hinge at the back of the "H" bars that the hood pivots on. One on each hinge. Take a note how the hinge and all goes together. It's simple, really. Unless you're parked on a slope, the hood won't go anyplace.
Toss a blanket over the roof of the car, then, with a helper, pull the hood straight off the front of the car (it won't move very far before it's free, flip it so the shiny side is down, and place it on the blanket you put on the roof. This works fine on Convertibles, too.
Remove the turbo/intercooler plumbing. Remove the coil from its mounting, and set aside (you shouldn't need to disconnect it). Do the same with the APC valve.
Disconnect the fans electrical connections. Disconnect the upper radiator hose. Disconnect the overflow hose. Disconnect the fan temp switch connections. Remove the two screws that hold the top tabs of the fans to the radiator support.
You should be able to lift it out with the fans. If not, each fan has one screw at the end of each of the top legs. Remove these, and the fan should slip off the lower screw. Note: you will have to transfer these screws, including the bottom one, to the new radiator.
I recommend the Saab Quality new rad from EEuroparts, a site sponsor. Whatever you do, don't install a used brass radiator!
