Just installed a motor in my son's '89 900T today, so while it is fresh in my mind:
There are two barbs on the throttle body. The one toward the driver's side of the car gets a cap. The other one gets a vac line that goes to the vacuum canister on the distributor.
On top of the intake manifold are two fittings. The one toward the front of the car gets a hard plastic line that goes through the driver's fender to the charcoal canister inside the fender well. It also feeds the cruise control pump. (be sure to check the hoses down there as well for cracks). The other barb is the vacuum line to the bypass valve near the turbo. The other fitting atop the manifold has two vacuum lines as well. One line goes to the PCV valve on the valve cover (be sure to put the check valve in that line), the other goes to the fuel pressure regulator.
Down on the side/rear of the intake manifold is another fitting. It gets a large line from the brake master on the firewall. The two small barbs on the fitting feed a vacuum line to the boost gauge and pressure solenoid in the dash. That line goes along the fender over the coolant tank and through the firewall. And the other barb is for the vac line to the vacuum canister in the passenger fender. That line goes along the top of the firewall to the canister. I believe that line is supposed to have a check valve as well.
