realistically, a 100 mile automatic if it is original + not carefully maintained is possibly a risk in the next 50k or so. I've got 2 of them. One got it's second transmission at around 100k miles (though it was a free used automatic + it's been ok). I should have put in a stick. The other needs some maintenance now as well (around 100k miles). Imho, the only really big problem with those automatics is they need 1 more gear.
Anyway... you haven't mentioned whether you are buying or selling. If you are selling + want a good price for it, market it well to Saab enthusiasts (eg classifieds here). If you are buying, look at it closely + negotiate well. There's lots of data for how cheap you can get these cars, but most of those are not in anything close to perfect running order. I saw a 1993 NA hatch, stick, with no visible rust (but some mechanical issues) 100 miles from here sit for weeks at $500 and then $300 (if it was closer or had a turbo, I would have bought it). Turbos are not super common with low miles (especially in automatics it seems) so that may help the value a bunch. It would have to be in pretty fantastic shape to get much more than $1500, and if there are underlying issues, it probably is worth a good deal less than that. Imho, that's one of the nice things about these cars: cheap to buy, cheap to own, cheap to insure.
good luck!
James...
