If you plan to get some more boost from the beast, the boost pressure switch has to be defeated or it will tell the ECU to shut off the fuel pump. You can eliminate it, or adjust it up.
As far as making it run better, you are doing the right thing by making the best out of what you have and then improving upon that. If you plan to run it hard in the higher rpms, then you have to get more fuel to the cylinders. A lot more fuel than any injector, FPR or chip can get you. In that case, the Split Second extra injectors computer is the way to go. You can program what AFR you want at various boost and RPM to keep. Run the stock injectors, FPR and then get the extra injector setup if you are serious about making transmission killer power.
