Best I can doe is 4 days of not driving the Saab otherwise the battery dies. So therefore I realize I have a current drain and need to find it.
Trunk light is OK and I see nothing is switched on, including the headlight switch. So I searched the BB and followed the process of removing the positive battery lead and putting the meter in between that and the battery. By watching the meter and pulling fuses the guilty circuit will be found.
Upon attaching the multimeter leads, the meter immediately fizzled and died. I have a new one and will try again, but what should I be measuring, amperage or voltage? The DCV only has a 200ma max setting, which is what I had the first meter set at and it blew.
