If I were selling something, it's in my best interest to be honest about it. But that is me. A pre purchase inspection by a qualified SAAB tech is always the best way to go. I would disagree with a critical posting, because I don't know you...I don't know the seller, but I would trust a SAAB tech like Anders, or Mike9.
If you make a positive post like saying the car is a cherry; how do I know you aren't a friend of the seller or getting some sort of kickback? Two key words always come to mind.....Buyer Beware.
oh, and another thing... Car buying appeals to your emotions. ..the buyer always wants more money than the car is worth. If you like it, and it passes muster, go for it...Otherwise...wait for the price to come down, or skip it.
Just today I saw a 2008 9-3 with 9000 miles for $26K plus 10% for tax lic, and doc. There was a Porsche next to it for the same price....I'm going to wait, Thank you very much...
