Is it?? the glass lens surface that's the real problem? OR the failure of the Chrome Paint reflector surface? Typically that paint lives 10 or so years. IF your headlights are the (rest of world) types where the Glass is held onto the reflector by ss clips Then you can renew the reflector finish Chrome plating (IF the buckets are metal).. Most were plastic so a vacuum alunimum deposit process is needed (fairly common service in the UK) Dunno about USA tho. OR you can reline the reflectors with self adhesive chrome mylar (v thin approx 1 mil) Which V inexpensive for materials but requires a couple of hours /headlight of fiddly work. Mine were thusly done 12/14 years ago. Still look like dealer new.
Lotsa thoughts.. you decide:-)
