Rear interior panels from passive seat belt cars won't fit in a '93 without a little surgery--not impossible, but best avoided.
You can also fit door panels from a convertible in a 3-door (but not visa-versa) the difference is that the pocket will be shallower and the bottom of the panel will be thinner. Other dimensions are the same. You will also have to get the little door lock knobs and the shafts that they screw to from a vert. The benefit of the vert panels is that you can get them with leather caps and armrests. The only 3DHB that came with the same treatment (in the US) was the Comm Ed cars IIRC. I have vert door panels in my old DD. Also have modified rear panels from a passive belt car.
