That's the link I was referring to --- forgot it was listed in your technical notes.

It does a decent job describing what is necessary to do, and I agree that nothing needs to be hammered on, or pried off.....

I would get some PB blaster and allow all the fasteners to soak before you try to remove them. I had to set up a hardware store to get all the pieces to go back correctly.....

Be careful drilling out the rivets on the doors or you will tear out the rubber gaskets that curl around the bottom of the doors.

I spent the better part of last winter fitting and matching up hardware to get it as close to OE as possible. It was a real learning curve thing, so now it will be easier to do when I go back for the final paint/installation sometime next year.
