Judge Edo, This past summer, my sons and I repaired both the left & right control arm areas of my '91 SPG. We used Skandix parts (4), a mig welder, lots of labor. I did not question the integrity of the patch panels at all, and I think it came out nicely. We had to weld in a few internal patches into the spring tower, and some angle-iron into the 2 forward areas (like under the washer tank). It was quite a job, but the rest of the car was worth it, I think. I believe these panels are made in Europe, not Asia, and they were well-made. They were good-sized, and we trimmed them to suit our needs. We also cut out the 8"-10" rib that forms the front ent of the member, did out work, then welded that rib back in. Ground a lot with 4-1/2" angle grinder, used some POR-15, used some (Walmart) Rustoleum Aerosol Rust Reformer, and some body putty to fill in underneath like the factory. Then a front end alignment. The car drove nice and straight before the alignment, but I wanted to make sure. I'm happy! I live in Lisbon, Maine, and if you're in the area, the car is garaged and you could check it out if you wish to. I will try to add a photo gallery for the repair this weekend, but I've got to go right now. Vern
