I've used Brembo's in the past with good results. That said, I decided to go with the ATE's when I recently did a 9000 brake upgrade. The "PowerSlot" design seemed a reasonable performance/price compromise compared to the plain Brembo at one end vs. a variety of slotted/drilled alternatives at the other. I'm quite pleased with the results, except that the ATE pads are rather dusty.
See my earlier post for more details.
