The right upper control arm bushings are usually the easier ones to replace.
The power steering pump will probably have to be moved to get to the rear bushing and bracket.
What can go bad though is if you car is rusted solid and if the bolts holding the bushing/bracket break off. Then they are in a heap of trouble.
But if it looks rusty it is always good to start with a blow torch and heat up the bolt and hopefully they come loose.
Here in CA it is just a matter of a couple of hours at the most to replace the right side bushings.
The left side is a little bit trickier since the alternator and stuff makes it tighter to get to.
