Damien Shulock and I made them. Fixture jigged and TIG welded Stainless 304. The rodend bearing makes them adjustable on the top end, so you can dial in how much you want to move the axle forward. The pic of your car at that angle made the view of the wheel/tire relationship to the wheel well a little exaggerated. That is why I posted the picture of a direct side view of a stock height C900 with 45 series tires, so you could see the gap in the wheel wheel and the offset how the axle is positioned back by 10mm. So the trick is to move the axle forward 10mm and if you lower the car, then use a panhard rod that can be adjusted to correct the length. When the car is lowered, the stock panhard bar shoves the car offset from centerline.
