I've had two of them on different cars in the last 6 months. Very hard to diognose - I almost replaced the water pump for one before finding out it was the heater core hose, and the second one was right next to the turbo - I also thought it was the head gasket at first. Both were brittle hoses. It would be fine for most of the day and then every once in a while, I would come out to my car and there would be a swimming pool of coolant! Usually when the engine was cooling down after shut down. If you can narrow it down to a certain area, then try flexing nearby coolant hoses to see if they spray. Once you find it, get a replacement hose, drain the coolant, replace the hose, put in new coolant, and bleed the system via the little bleeder in front of the valve cover. Good luck!
