Hi Have had both 900 s a '90 T16 coupe & a '94 GM 900 SE ( T16 ). I now drive a convertible c900 Turbo S. All three cars are capable of 140mph but only the classics feel safe doing this, the GM s are less stable and feel like they are wandering. The '90 turbo i owned had done 300k miles & the NG had done only 120k miles. The gearing was very tall so you had to rev the hell out of it, i never got used to it in the two years i owned it, always in the wrong gear into bends ( sorry all 5 speeders ). All the buttons worked but the leather was worn out already as opposed to the classic that still looked fresh. What else can i say, i drive a 1992 'cause i like the feel of them. I also drive a Subaru Legacy '97 an RS which has 280 bhp was lowered in Japan & goes round bends like it's on rails with the 4 wheel drive. So am not sure how they set up the Foresters in the US but they do build a good car, well designed. Have had this one for 4 years & am not bored with it yet, for a jappa.
