Remove the three top screws holding the grill on and pull it up to take it off. Then you can just reach in and unplug them. There is a 3-wire plug connected to each wiper motor. No need to get them parked first if you are just unplugging them. Just remove the 8mm nut holding the wiper arm on and put them back on where you want them. Or just remove them completely.
