No Start After Tune Up

It's a 92 turbo. I've been searching this board for information about this, I would guess it's something to do with the distributor cap/wires because it was starting fine before this. I have NGK bp7es plugs, bougicord wires and new cap and rotor from eeuro. 1-3-4-2 firing order running counter clockwise with 1 being at the 11 o clock position on the distributor. Does anyone have any ideas what to check/change? Any help is appreciated
