It sounds as if the corresponding female socket isn't contacting the pin well enough, and maybe you can release it from its block and give it a slight squeeze with pliers.
Or if it's arcing or corroded badly, nip that wire off near it, and the one to the pin off near the pin, strip them back, and splice in a jumper wire linking them outside of the connector block.
But you might want also to verify that everything is as lubed as can be inside the door and the window motor, and that all is well brushwise too. (Why is such a strain being put on the troubled connector you are having the problem with, is my suggestion of what to ask.)
Also, a regular problem is the contacts in the window switch in the center console. You have had this opened up and cleaned inside it?
