Years 1988-1993 4 door hatch with grey leather interior, Maybe a China Blue paint job(looks good with black body trim, Euro body kit with amber fog lights, center heat vent(put in my own so right hand nice and warm, Indiglo gauge lighting(works great) group buy on Saabnet. Roof rack with air dam.(cut down wind noise and keeps rain out(when open for rain drive), tinted windows, batt put in trunk, cupholders(got nice flip downs from SAS), sheepkins on leater seats, 6 speed tranny with bigger pinion(have 5 speed with bigger pinion) DI Casset, Ram air, injectors, FPR, APC Changes, upgraded exhuast, maybe 250-300 HP, 7.5 Ronal RT alloys(got them and still think they are some of the best looking rims). Strap for passenger to grab on turns. (Used seat belt strap in past which eventually tore. Makes it easier to get out of car too) 9000 Aero seat or similar, arm reat for front passengers.(seen some that look good on 900s), good bright headlights( are e-codes the best?), upgraded stereo(spent 3-4k, when still single about 12 years ago and still works. Still have cd changer, If deck ever dies will have Ipod imput)
Wants: paint job, window tint(want to see out OK), headliner back in car, new floor mats, dash cover or wreck yard one, extra gauges(batt, oil, volt, probally), Euro Body Kit or SPG Body Kit, batt to hatch, apc tweek, 5.0 injectors, fpr, ram air with bigger exhaust pipe, batt to hatch.
Done: stereo, tranny with Bigger Pinion, low miles 91T engine, Ronal RTs, cupholders, center hand heat vent, brakes, wheel bearings, steering rack
Had my 1988C900TC for 15 years now. Wife and kids like it. Good mechanic in town. Has always been a daily driver for me. All extra funds will be going to house in the from of deck, deck roof and hot tub.
Cheap paint job and body kit and better headlights are a fun dream that may happen someday. Still have fun driving my C900tc and fun having a unique motorcar. Love Saabnet!
