wire coat hanger or a small drift works for that. then you lift the top part of triangle away from door and pull up/out.
jimmy is also correct in that the pin will most likely disappear inside the door. however, you can use a wire coat hanger again to act as a replacment pin. Or, you can go to your local auto parts store and get one of those little "body tite" or whatever packets with the push rivets in them and use the pins from those as replacements.
you should be able to get the plastic housing for the rivet pin out of the triangular plastic cover with no problem after that. on reassembly a little two sided trim tape or thin two sided foam tape will help remove one more place for potential rattles.
