You need an inline ammeter - many reasonable quality digital multimeters (DMMs) will have that functionality. Put it between the battery and the positive lead with the car off, and start pulling fuses til there is no current being drawn. That will not positively tell you what the problem is, but it's the easiest starting place. Do NOT attempt to start the car with the DMM "installed" - most of them cannot handle the type of amperage a car draws while running, but they're fine for checking slow current drain.
