Is it your only mode of transportation, or can you do without it during the winter months?

Can you do any of the needed work yourself?

Is the body rust free, and no body work is needed, prior to painting?

Can you install a new top yourself?

Do you have a Bentley manual to reference for work?

Got the tools?

Sounds like the value as it is might be $300 - $700?

Paint jobs, not absolutely perfect, but still quite decent can be gotten for reasonable $$$. Now I'm in Maine, so I'm sure things services here are cheaper. I paid $1,200 for a Beryl Green paint job (original color) on my '91 SPG last fall, and it came out very nice. It would have been less, but I needed a few rust repairs, and some holes filled (from removal of a dumb waistline trim strip). I removed everything from the exterior, and a body shop did the rust repairs & hole filling & paint, including preparation of an SAS whale tail spoiler. Good luck! Vern
