Is it in the rear door or the quarter? I'm not sure about the 4-door cars but in my vert I had the same problem. There should be a rubber plug with a hole in it to let the water out. Mine was plugged with years worth of pine needles. cleaning it out the area solved the problem for me.
You could always make the hole in the rubber plug bigger to let the water out faster too. Good luck.
