If it's the lines and not the cooler, then determining which line is leaking is kind of a moot point: if you need to replace one, you ought to replace both. It's not uncommon for these lines to leak, BTW, and your cooler doesn't look like you've pegged it on a curb, stone, etc.

Note that the fittings at the cooler can be extremely difficult to get off. If you have to struggle with them, then it may be easier to simply remove the entire cooler, lines and filter boss (if you can't get the lines off the filter boss) as a single unit, and have someone else deal with it. A friend I went through this on his car recently. It turns out that the connectors were so badly stuck that the Saab shop we ended up taking it to broke the cooler before the lines would come free. Benefit of this is we got a free, good used cooler out of it.

That said, for line replacement, it's likely going to be cheaper if you take the lines to a hydraulic shop vs. a Saab shop.

Finally, if for some reason you need a used cooler, note that Saab changed fitting styles at some point (I'm speaking strictly about 16V coolers; I'm unfamiliar with 8V cooler details): some years the fittings were press-fit conical, no o-rings; other years they had straight connectors with rubber o-rings.
