since the clutch is hydraulic, the only "adjustment" you can do is bleeding the clutch. my favorite method is to reverse bleed. i use a small plastic syringe and a clear plastic tube that can be pushed over the bleeder on the slave cylinder, gently pushing fluid up into the brake reservoir. however, you might have old brake fluid to deal with as well. water has different compression qualities, and could produce a "high" clutch pedal. if this is the case, you should purge all old brake fluid to all four brake calipers and the clutch, then push the remaining air out by the manner i described . i used just a clear tube recently, when i swapped out my tranny. couldn't find a syringe, so i sucked up some fluid, slipped the tube onto the bleeder, gently pushed fluid into line orally, and repeated 'til no bubbles in reservoir. worked great! do a search for bleeding, i'm sure someone has done a better explanation than i.
