Yes, all the Borg Warner T37 automatic transmissions will interchange without hassle. Be very, very sure that you thoroughly flush out the cooler circuit. It almost certainly contains very nasty metal fragments and debris that will quickly wreck your "new" unit. You should disassemble the circuit and flush each component individually. Also be sure that you do the adjustment procedure on the shift control cable as described in the Saab service manuals before you drive the car. If that cable is out of adjustment the unit can be very quickly wrecked and it is a fatal (and all too common) error to assume that if the old unit was properly adjusted then the new one will be OK. Adjust the throttle pressure cable too before test driving and use only type F ATF.
