My C900 ABS overheated again in bad traffic, naturally it was hot. I've reviewed the past posts, and even gotten good suggestions (thanks to notnoel for the wet socks trick). I wonder if there is an option to prevent overheating in hot traffic (other than avoiding it)?

I'm not sure I want to swap in ABS another unit (who knows if that one will have problems), and swapping to non-ABS is not a (at least short term) solution.

What about hooking up a vent hose and fan and blowing outside air over the unit? I have also thought about a variation on notnoel's "Sock treatment", and wrap the bomb in cooling fins??
