You won't need a bearing press however you'll need a GM style puller to remove the pulley! These pulleys have a flange that the special puller grabs to remove them with. Even replacing it doesn't require a bearing press, the rebuild kit should come with a stud, nut a special washer that simply pulls it back on with simple hand tools. Auto parts stores that rent tools should have the special puller you'll need! Measure the pulleys relationship to the shaft it's pressed on to and make sure you pull it back on to the same place!
