Thanks Larry, got the leather wheel from a vert ready to go. I just seem to remember a base 93 that I spent hours on trying to rewire for cruise. Found a buyer before I finished that job. The only pre-wiring in that car was the cruise supply power feed was in the fuse box and went to the multi-plug. That was the only integral cruise wiring in that car. Muttering to myself that Saab could have spent a few cents and left the plugs in the wiring harness like the earlier base cars. Then I got a base 92 and somewhere in the paperwork was a notice that the car is PRE-wired for cruise. That car has the pump plug zip tied to something by the vapor cannister. I was just wondering the history of when they stopped pre-wiring the cruise harness plugs.
