Lee,
although you can still get it back into the driver - and it will probably still work well - but there are chances that it had some needles (those rollers run on needle bearings) lost. This will give you some vibration on acceleration and engine braking, but moreover - this will eat your drivers, which are pretty expensive and hard to find nowadays.
So my advice is to get it replaced just as a safety precaution.
