WK is likely shorthand for some Swedish term. I'm not sure myself what that means.
The stacked lines symbol is indeed the ground.
+ to fuse powers the gauge electronics. + to light only powers the light in the gauge. You should connect them separately. The dash lighting (including the ashtray light that you will connect to) has a dimming rheostat. You don't want to dim the current to the gauge electronics. If you connect the light + to ignition switched + (cigarette lighter) then the gauge lights will be on all the time, not just when you have the cabin lights on. The cigarette lighter has a fuse in the fuse box. It's up to you if you want to add an inline fuse to each gauge as well. I never have, and have never had an issue.
