Green is almost certainly coolant. Almost all brake fluids are colorless to a slight tan/beige-ish color (though I have seen some Castrol that came out of the can a shocking yellow...), with two exceptions that I'm aware of: 1) ATE "Super Blue" brake fluid, which is a dark blue color, and 2) some silicone-based DOT 5 brake fluids, which you should never use in a Saab (or almost any ABS system).
pretty much all of the coolant lines come together in that area. WP is there, heater lines, overflow tank, and all the associated hoses.
Your brake light is likely low or old fluid. The ATE ABS systems need a complete fluid change every 2 years from stem to stern. A good plan is to use alternate Castrol DOT4 fluid with ATE Super Blue so that on each change, you know that all the old is flushed out.
