unless you see and feel the difference between 199.1 and 202.8 bhp the only benefit from omitting TWC is that you can no longer kill it with bad gas, leaking engine oil and other disorders. But you'll decrease the lifetime of further exhaust components if you don't install flame damper instead of dropped off TWC.

Bottom line: dude, are you nuts? You don't purge the acid from your old battery into the nearest river, do you? In a case you do, you're welcome to our little rus - it's an old tradition of people of Mordor to knock out TWCs for a few extra ponies and kinda easier maintenance. And to throw old batteries into lakes and rivers as well as tires and other stuff like that.
