removing at least one of them is a pain as it goes under a part of the sub frame.
you and push the bolt out using a floor jack and a 1/2 inch drive socket. I put the socket on the floor jack and put the stud in the center of that.... lifing it and pushes it out. the splines are short enough that you can put the replacement stud in and it will show thread. lots of anti-seize on it and you can just pull it in place by tightening the nut. be sure to check the knuckle to see if it is bent as well, and the lower A arm too. if you did the kind of damage you say I suspect all of those bits are hurt.
