THEN, once the pop rivets on the lower door section are removed ( do not damage the rubber curved gasket ) and the panel appears to be loose from the bottom, it slides off to the rear on the rail. Do not pry it off. It is on a channel where you slide it on and off the door.
Then, the panel rails mounted to the door itself come off attached with torx screws if it was put on by factory or dealer, and could be any kind of screw if it was put on after the fact.....
If you put the door moulding on like the stock right side, you may be able to pull out the door inserts without damaging the door, or remove the door card, and carefully push them out from the inside.
