Condensation in Oil FIller

I have heavy milky condensation in the oil filler hole. If it sits for a few days, it goes away and the oil appears clean during oil changes. This is a 1990 SPG and all the vacuum and emissions hoses are intact. Coolant level does not change. I replaced the head gasket about 1 week ago/1000 miles and it still has condensation build up. Any ideas?
