So my 1990 900 turbo is bringing me to the brink of a mental breakdown. I recently replaced the crank pulley and ever since finishing that job one thing after another is popping up. Most recently car was missing and stalling in rainy conditions. I noticed hall sensor wiring was just clinging on to connection so I found a good connector and spliced that in. Car seemed OK until it rained again. I then replaced spark plug wires, rotor, cap, and coil. This is where everything goes bad. I get car started and it would run horrible. I figured I'd got timing off when I pulled distributor to do rotor. I buy a timing light and get it to 20 degree mark, it's sounding good but car doesn't boost and seems like its missing. Play around with slight movements on distributor but nothing makes it better. Then I go to start car today and no tachometer reading but car starts and idles. I notice wipers and blinkers are not working but hazard switch makes blinkers go. I did clean the ground wires at the bottom support near radiator but that all went back in place with no issues. I can't get AC fan to run either. I've got a serious electrical issue. Oh one more thing, the brake light and fluid light are on and I barely have any braking power. I wish I lived near a cliff to drive this car off of. Is it time to lease a new car, noticing a lot of good deals.
