Look for a vacuum hose disconnected or otherwise leaking. Pay special attention to the big hose from the charcoal canister. If you just disconnect each hose, one at a time, from it's nipple on the manifold or throttle body and cap or plug the nipple you'll know which is the offending element quickly. You can also pinch off the hoses near the nipple with a hemostat or pliers. See if fuel is moving through the hose that connects the fuel pressure regulator to the manifold (smell it). If so, the FPR diaphragm is torn. That will adversely affect fuel pressure regulation and feed raw, un-metered gas into the manifold. Other causes are possible but these are the most likely and the best place to start your diagnostics.
