Yes, B pillar trim changed. IIRC, when I put '89 interior in my '92 I had to modify the piece to fit. It's been a while so I can't recall exactly what I had to do but it required reshaping with a Dremel. The rear interior pieces are different too. I think the seatbelt mounting changed to behind the panel and then it passes through the panel. Pretty sure you have to cut an opening in it to do that. The later panel has a debossed detail there which makes it so that the rear seat doesn't catch on the trim piece as it folds down. If you cut the older panels and mount the trim piece on there, you'll have to cut the little extra belt guide flap off or the seat will just break it off on its way by.
