'85 900 Loosing brake fluid - no leaks anywhere!

I have an 1985 900T (stick-shift with no ABS) which is loosing all its brake fluid every 7-10 days. It's been going on for at least a year or two now. The brake fluid light comes on after about 4 to 5 days then a few days later the brake pedal starts feeling spongy. I open the resivior and its 100% empty. I fill it up with brake fluid and the cycle starts over. I never have to bleed the brakes even after its run dry. The brakes feel good as new after an hour or two of driving after refilling the resivior. I park the car in a garage at work and at home and have NEVER seen a drop of fluid let alone a puddle on the ground. The underside of the car is also bone dry - I inspected it when I had some exhaust work done recently. I can't find the leak. Please help.
Ps sometimes for no apparent reason the problem gets a little "better" and I can go several weeks between having to refill the resivior. After being parked for the whole of winter this year it seems to have gotten a little worse so I hope it remedies itself soon or I find a solution.
