The fuel pump relay is # 102 in this graphic which is silly but totally accurate. The relays are on a bracket above and just a little forward of the LH brain and almost impossible to reach with a human hand. # 229 is the main relay which is identical to the fuel pump relay. Removing the bolster gets you better access. Check fuse #30 in the fuse box before you go after that relay. It's in the circuit BETWEEN the relay and pump...no fuse #30 = no pump power. You can also pull fuse #30 and apply 12 volts to the leg that goes to the pump (that's the fuse socket leg that's farthest from the engine) and see if it runs to test the pump and circuit. Have fun!
