Just double up on the rear decor trim. It is a lot cheaper that way (about half the price of buying the side pieces separately - if you can even find them). You can cut the second one to the appropriate lengths and still have extra left over. I'd assume you still have the old clips; if so, using them is fine, but I wouldn't go out of my way to find replacements unless you're a purist. You can use 3M double-sided foam trim tape to attach them to the bumper/extensions (that gets them nice and tight and flat). The tape is the same thickness as the trim, is dark gray, and pretty much invisible once applied.
