Steven, If you are in the Eastern US you may want to contact Eriksson Industries in Old Saybrook, Connecticut (800-388-4418) about rebuilding your T37. They have done over a thousand I'm sure and are very good at it. If you intend to DIY I feel compelled to tell you that it will be a major PIA (I've done a few hundred). It's not much like rebuilding a TH350 or TF8 or something. I'll elaborate if necessary or you can just take my word for it. You'll find that whatever Eriksson charges will be money well spent. There are few bigger bummers than rebuilding a T37 and having it fail in short order. You should give some thought to swapping in a five speed manual too unless you really need an automatic. Once you include all the effort (or cost) of rebuilding the T37 into the comparison the five speed swap doesn't look so bad.
