although my issue is a bit different....new 215mm (early) clutch, stiffer than I thought it would be.
I will say this (and I've only owned 4 of these cars....I'm no expert); when my clutch was almost worn out, it was difficult to push in & release. A new clutch installation in my son's 90 900S (small clutch) and the release force was considerably reduced. New clutch PP, disc, slave, with original line set and clutch master.
My guess is your clutch is worn out, or you might have a serious binding in the pivot point where the pedal attaches to the master. I had one of those....had to buy a replacement pedal assembly, still available last time I checked.
Now I'll stand down and let the REAL experts advise you :-)
