afaik, 93 is not passive belts. fwiw, 1989 and 1993 sedan headliners were pretty similar. Not sure if they are identical though. iirc, the shape around the sunroof is more pronounced in the 1989? but I bet they would both fit!
also fwiw, our 1989 headliner was broken in 6 places. I repaired it with fibreglass and bondo hair. Once it is covered you do not notice that stuff, and it is holding up well!
