I think it is time to check the crank pulley to make sure it is not seperating. Ofcourse could be bearing failure of alternator or other accessories driven by the belts. Place a chalk or crayon line across the belt portion of the pulleys making sure it is on the outer AC groove and on the other grooves. Start car and goose the pedal to make the belts squeal and then check the grooves to see if the chalk line is still across all 4 or not. The AC pulley is bolted to the center of the crank pulley while the other ones are not. If the line did move get the crank pulley fixed soon or it could eat through the front of the engine or crank sensor if it is located there.
